How It Works: QR-BasedImage Uploads

   • Once an auction is created and lots are assigned(either manually or via bulk upload), the system generates printable QR code sheets, one for each lot.
2. Photograph in Batches
   • Start by taking a photo of the QR code fora specific lot.
   • Then take all photos of that lot (e.g.multiple angles).
   • Move to the next QR code and repeat.
3. Bulk Upload images to yourAuction
   • Open the BidHarvest® bulk image uploader,select your auction, and upload the folder of images.
   • The system automatically scans each photo, matches it to the correct QR code, and assigns the images to the relevant lot.
4. Review and Edit if Needed
   • Use the Auction Manager to preview each lot’s imagery.
   • Reorder ,delete, or add new images on a per-lot basis.
