Yes. Only the user making the offer and the admin user can see the offer that has been made. In most cases, clients use BidHarvest's inbuilt auto offer function that stores the minimum offer price against the item and automatically rejects or accepts offers. The offer price is never made available to prospective bidders.
Yes. As soon as a user checks out a buy it now item, they are taken to the online checkout where their payment is processed by card or open banking. Once the payment has processed an invoice is generated and added to their my account section and the admin is informed of the purchase by email to arrange collection/shipping. The item is then moved to a sold status on the front end of the system and will show either the base purchase price or the price incl. of premium, dependent on how your BidHarvest® platform has been configured.
Yes. It is simple to mark unsold lots as cleared for sale by changing their status from an auction item to either a buy it now item or a make offer item, adding a buy now or make offer price. You can also easily re-enter unsold items into a single lot or multi lot auction with an adjusted reserve or discretion.
Yes. If you add Buy it Now items to a private auction, only invited buyers can participate. This functionality is useful for limiting buy now events to trusted buyers or running private treaty checkouts where you want the paperwork to be available in the users my account. BidHarvest® supports private invite only for auctions, buy it now and make offer events of single or multi lot catalogues.
